In February a new Project Assistant hast joined our Team at the TU Wien.

Hi there, my name is David Werban and I recently joined the Thorium Nuclear Clock project as a project assistant in a group of Thorsten Schumm at the ATI in Vienna.My tasks will be the commissioning of the NQR spectrometer and to perform some first analysis with it. I will also be involved in the commissioning of the new crystal growing machine which is based on a process called “micro pulling”.My long-term goal is to do a PhD in this field.
