The German research society (DFG) has accepted one of our team members – Adriana Pálffy-Buß – into the Heisenberg program. The program (named after the Nobel prize winner Werner Heisenberg) is one of the highest ranking funding instruments of the DFG.

The program reaches out to exceptional researchers. It gives those ambitious persons the opportunity to prepare for a scientific leading position during the 5-year long given fund.

Adriana will start her position in the Heisenberg program at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg on October 1st, 2020.
